Main Muscle Worked: Lats
Lie down on your side with a foam roll placed behind your arm pit. This is the starting position.
The arm of the side to be stretched must be bent, with the hand touching the opposite shoulder. Roll the foam down to the side your waist, shifting your body weight onto your lats without letting your torso touch the floor.
Hold your position for 10-30 seconds. Do the same on the other side.
