Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Load the deadlift machine with weights according to your preference.
Stand up in front of the machine and face away.
Bend your hips and knees to descend and reach the handles. Hold a handle in each hand.
Keep your back straight, head and chest up. This is your starting position.
Slowly raise the handles by extending your hips and knees at the same time. Continue until your legs are fully extended.
Pause for a moment then slowly lower the handles by reversing your steps. Continue until you’re back to your starting position.
