Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Place two boxes or benches of equal height a few feet away from each other.
Stand up straight on top of one of the boxes facing towards the other platform.
Let yourself gently drop on the floor between the two boxes. Absorb the impact by bending your hips and knees at the same time.
Pause for a moment then jump forward to land on top of the box in front of you. Do this by quickly extending your hips and knees.
Once you’ve landed, absorb the impact with your legs by bending your knees.
Face the opposite direction then repeat the steps.
