London Bridges - Exercise Guide

Step 1

1. Tie a climbing rope to a high beam or bar. Make sure that the smith machine bar below is locked and unable to move.

Step 2

2. Use the rope for balance as you stand on the bar with feet at about shoulder width apart. This is the starting position.

Step 3

3. Lean back as you slowly lower yourself hand over hand with the rope. Keep your back straight throughout the exercise.

Step 4

4. Once you’re body is perpendicular to the floor, reverse the movement by going hand over hand to lift yourself up back to the initial position.
