Step 1

Kneel on the floor with your hands holding your heels.

Step 2

Push your hips forward as you bring your head to the back to look up. Arch your back as you do this. Don’t go beyond your limit to avoid any injury or overstretching.

Step 3

Hold your position for a few seconds then release.
