Low Cable Crossover - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Adjust the handles of two pulley machines to floor level. Set the weight according to your preference.

Step 2

Hold a handle in each hand and stand up straight between the machines. Your arms should be straight and extended downwards with your elbows slightly bent.

Step 3

Step forward until there’s enough tension on the cables. Your hands should be below your waist with your palms facing forward. This is your starting position.

Step 4

Raise the handles upward and toward the middle part of your body in an arc motion. Your hands should be crossed together in front of your chest with your palms facing up.

Step 5

Pause for a moment then slowly lower the handles in an arc motion until you’re back to your starting position.
