Low Pulley Row To Neck - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Sit on a low pulley row machine. Straighten your back and your knees should be slightly bent.

Step 2

Grab the ends of the rope using a palms-down grip.

Step 3

Lift your elbows and start bending them while keeping your torso stationary. Make sure that your upper arms remain parallel to the floor throughout the movement. Continue doing this motion until your hands are almost next to your ears and your elbows are out away from your sides.

Step 4

Return to your starting position as you breathe in after holding a second or so at the contracted position.

Step 5

Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
