Begin by lying on your stomach, stretching your arms out to your sides.

Step 2

Use your lower back muscles to extend your spine while you lift your chest off the ground. Avoid using your arms to push yourself up. In this exercise, make sure to keep your head up as you perform 10-20 repetitions.
