Lying Bent Leg Groin - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent. Your soles should be pressed together.

Step 2

Let your partner hold your knees. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Attempt to squeeze your knees together while your partner restrains your movement. Continue doing this for 10-20 seconds.

Step 4

Once the time is up, relax your muscles while your partner pushes your knees to the floor. Push your knees as far as you can tolerate to avoid overstretching or injury.
