Main Muscle Worked: Abductors
Lie on your back. Extend your legs on the floor.
Cross one leg over your shoulder with your knees bent, attempting to touch the knee to the ground.
Have your partner kneel beside you and hold your shoulder down with one hand while controlling the crossed leg with the other. This is your starting position.
Raise your bent knee off the ground. Your partner will then restrain you to keep your knee in place. Continue for around 10-20 seconds.
Release your position and relax your leg. Your partner will then gently push your knee towards the floor.
6. Switch legs and do the same steps.
