in Triceps Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Triceps
Lie on a flat bench, with your entire head resting near the edge of the bench. Your knees should be bent and the soles of your feet on the other side of the bench. Hold a pair of dumbbells right above your face, with arms fully locked and palms facing each other. This is your starting position.
Lower the dumbbells down to the sides of year head without letting them touch the bench, keeping your elbows steady and working only your triceps as you do so.
Bring them back up in an arc motion, flexing your triceps and locking your elbows at the top.
