in Triceps Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Triceps
Lie on a flat bench with a barbell placed on the floor behind your head. Your feet should be flat on the floor.
Extend your hands overhead and grab the barbell behind you. Use a pronated (palms facing in) grip.
Raise the barbell in front of you and hold it directly over your chest. Your arms should be extended and perpendicular to the floor with elbows tucked in. This is your starting position.
Keep your upper arms stationary as you inhale and lower the barbell towards your forehead. Continue until the barbell slightly touches your forehead.
Pause for a moment then slowly lift the barbell up until you’re back to your starting position.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
