Machine Lateral Raise - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Seat in front of a lateral machine.

Step 2

Place your upper arms against the pad.

Step 3

Make a neutral posture with your chest up. This is your starting position.

Step 4

Raise your upper arms on both sides. Raise them until they’re perpendicular to your upper body and parallel to the floor.

Step 5

Pause for a moment then slowly get back to your starting position.
