Step 1

Adjust seat height so your elbows are centered on the pads. Sit and grasp the bar overhead with an overhand grip.

Step 2

Drive the bar down until it reaches your abs, feeling your laterals contract throughout the movement.

Step 3

Slowly move your arms back to the stretched overhead position.
