Main Muscle Worked: Chest
You’ll need a training partner for this exercise. If you don’t have one or prefer to do this alone, you can perform this exercise against a wall.
Hold a medicine ball with both hands.
Stand up straight in front of your training partner or a wall.
Pull the ball towards your chest then immediately throw it forward with both hands. You can take a step forward as you throw.
Your partner will then catch the ball and throw it back at you. If you threw the ball towards a wall, it should bounce right back at you.
Catch the ball with both hands at chest height.
