This work out requires a partner and a medicine ball. Begin by standing back to back with your partner at 2-3 feet away from each other.
Hold the ball in front of your trunk as you open your hips, turning your shoulders at the same time as your partner.
To make a full rotation, both of you should twist to the same direction.
Pass the ball to your partner, and both of you can turn to the opposite direction as you repeat the movement.
