Medicine Ball Rotational Throw - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Start by standing a few feet away from a wall. Hold a medicine ball with both hands in an athletic posture.

Step 2

Rotate your shoulders away from the wall winding up in preparation for a throw. Immediately reverse direction as you turn your shoulders and throw the ball against the wall as fast as you can.

Step 3

Collect the ball as it bounces and repeat the exercise accordingly.
