Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Hold a medicine ball with both hands.
Do a semi-squat position and let your arms hang while holding the medicine ball. This is your starting position.
Swing the medicine ball overhead in an arc motion. Keep your arms straight as you do this.
As you swing the medicine ball, thrust your hips forward for better acceleration.
Once the medicine ball is at the top, release it. The medicine ball should be thrown as far as you can behind you.
