Monster Walk - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Place a band around both of your ankles and another around both of your knees. Make sure to adjust the band so that it’s tight enough when you move your feet shoulder-width away from each other. This is your starting position.

Step 2

Slowly take short steps forward. Take one step at a time by alternating your left and right foot.

After walking several steps, pause then
