Muscle Up - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Grab the rings with the base of your palms on top of the rings.

Step 2

Pull your body up by bending your elbows.

Step 3

Drag the rings to your armpits once you’re in the top position. Roll your shoulders forward to let your elbows shift behind you immediately.

Step 4

Push yourself up further by fully extending your elbows. This movement requires control and stability so make sure you maintain both as you perform the step.

Step 5

Slowly and carefully lower yourself to the ground.
