Jump and grasp the parallel pull-up bars using a neutral grip You should be hanging from the bars with extended arms. This is the initial position.
Bend your elbows and extend the glenohumeral joint as you pull yourself up. Continue until your chin is above your hands. Your body should stay still you perform this step.
Hold your position for a second, then slowly lower yourself back to the initial position.
