Main Muscle Worked: Abs
Attach a rope to a high pulley cable and place an exercise mat in front of you.
Using both hands, grab the rope and go down on your knees at about 1-2 feet from the column. Begin by placing the rope at the back of your head with your hands next to your ears.
Pull the rope downward in a crunching motion while keeping your hands in place. Bend your spine while making a twist so your elbow touches your opposite knee.
Keep still at the bottom of the movement and go back to the starting point.
