Oblique Crunches - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Lie down and press your back evenly on the floor. Place one hand next to your head while the other is positioned on the other side against the ground.

Step 2

Elevate your feet on a flat surface.

Step 3

Lift your shoulder where your hand touches your head.

Step 4

Aim on touching your knee by elevating your shoulder and body, such that if your right hand is next to your head, raise your body until your right elbow touches your left knee, and then do the opposite.

Step 5

After your knee touches your elbow, bring your body down as you slowly return to the starting position.
