Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Stand up straight with a barbell supported across the back of your shoulders and on top of your traps. Your chest must be up, head facing forward, back straight, and feet hip width away from each other. You may have your feet pointed out for balance.
Squat down by bending your knees. Keep your hips and upper body upright as you descend. Continue all the way to keep the weight in front of your heels.
Pause for a moment then slowly extend your knees to go back to your starting position.
