On Your Side Quad Stretch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Lie on your right side on the floor. Your right knee must be bent at 90 degrees and right leg resting on the floor.

Step 2

Bend your left knee to the back.

Step 3

Hold your left foot with your left hand then pull it towards your butt. Push your left hip forward as you do this.

Step 4

Release then switch sides and repeat.
