Start by standing with a staggered athletic stance and hold a medicine ball in one hand on the same side as your back leg is.
Wind your arm as you lift the medicine ball over your head while extending through your hips, knees, and ankles to load up for the slam.
Flex your shoulders, spine, and hips and throw the ball hard into the ground directly in front of you.
Collect the ball on the bounce and repeat until the number of desired repetitions is achieved.
