Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Lie facedown on the floor.
Place your right hand under your right hipbone. This will serve as a pad for your hip and pubic bone.
Bend your left knee then raise your left leg. Hold your left foot with your left hand.
Lift your foot further into the air as you lift your shoulders off the floor. Doing this stretches your hips, chest, and shoulders.
Hold your position for a few seconds then release and switch sides. If your back doesn’t hurt as you do this, you can try doing this exercise with both arms and legs at the same time.
