Stand under a chin-up bar.
Grab the bar with one hand with your palm facing away from you. Your feet should be flat on the ground.
Let the most of your weight to hang from that hand. Keep your feet on the floor as you perform this step.
Maintain your position for 10-20 seconds, then do to the same on the other side.
