One Knee To Chest - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Lie on your back on the floor.

Step 2

Pull one of your knees to your chest while the other is left extended. Hold under the knee joint to protect your knee cap.

Step 3

Pull your knee towards your nose. Hold your position for 10-20 seconds.

Step 4

After that, switch legs and repeat the steps.
