Main Muscle Worked: Abs
Position your feet and lay back on the ground with bent knees while holding a weight with both hands to your chest. This will be your initial position.
Flex your hips and spine to lift your torso off the ground.
Move up and press your weight up so that it is above your head at the peak of the exercise.
Bring back the weight to your chest as you reverse the sit-up motion while you avoid going down all the way to the ground.
