Main Muscle Worked: Lats
Hold a medicine ball with both hands. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart from each other. This is the initial position.
Raise the ball above your head as you simultaneously extend your body.
Slam the ball into the ground in front of you as forcefully as you can.
Receive the ball when it bounces back to you.
Repeat until the desired number of reps is completed.
