Step 1
Sit upright on the floor with your partner standing behind you.
Step 2
Raise one arm overhead.
Step 3
Bend your elbow so that your hand touches your back.
Step 4
Your partner then holds your elbow and wrist. This is your starting position.
Step 5
Try to extend your bent arm overhead as your partner prevents you from doing so. Continue for 10-20 seconds.
Step 6
After that, release and relax your arm. Your partner then further stretches your triceps by applying gentle pressure on your wrist. Continue for 10-20 seconds. You must not go beyond your limit to avoid overstretching or injury.
Step 7
Switch arms then repeat.
