Position your legs half-extended off the floor as you balance your weight on your hips. Recline and set your torso to 45 degrees to the floor while maintaining a straight back and a six feet distance in front of your partner.
Begin by holding a weighted medicine ball in your hands just above your chest.
Rotate your torso all the way to the right and back to the left, and back to the right again as you contract your obliques.
Pass the ball across to your partner while he does the same three-touch motion before passing it back to you.
