Main Muscle Worked: Forearms
You need a training partner for this exercise.
You and your partner should place two dumbbells on the floor and stand in between. Make sure that there’s enough space for both of you to avoid bumping on to each other.
Lift the dumbbells up and stand straight. Keep your back straight and head up all throughout this exercise.
Walk forward while taking short and quick steps. Breathe normally as you do this.
Continue walking and if needed turn around and return the other way. Aim to beat you partner with distance and time.
