Sit next to your partner about four feet away. Balance your body weight on your hips, extending your legs halfway off the floor. Recline at 45 degrees on to the floor with your back straight.
Start by holding a weighted medicine ball just above your chest.
Turn away from your partner and back to the inside, and vice versa before passing the ball to him. Aim at contracting your obliques to twist, not simply moving only at the shoulders.
Each person should perform three touches before passing the medicine ball back.
