Main Muscle Worked: Abs
Do the sit-up position with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Your partner should be in the same position facing you with his feet hooked under your ankles to allow your body weights anchor each other down.
Lie back on the floor with your hands placed over your head. This will be your initial position.
Rise up simultaneously as you contract your abs, extending your right hand to touch his.
Do the exercise in a reversed motion all the way back to the starting position before rising up again. Once up, give a high five to the opposite side.
