in Abs Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Abs
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor about hip-width apart. Raise your hands with your fingertips crossed over your head while your partner cautiously holds your feet down by stepping on your toes.
Instruct your partner to extend his hand in front of him placing it on top of your knees.
Contract your abs in order to lift your shoulder blades off the floor as you reach your partner’s hand. Apply strength from your abs to drive higher, not simply reaching with your arms.
Do not let your shoulder blades to be totally down between repetitions in order to keep stress on the muscle. Allow your partner to move the target point either higher or lower, or to either sides to amplify the intensity of the exercise.
