Step 1

Lie flat on your chest on the floor, supporting your weight on your toes and your forearms. Position your arms so that they are bent under your shoulders.

Step 2

Maintain a straight body position all the times, and hold it as long as you can. Raise an arm or a leg to increase complexity o the movement.
