Plate Pinch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Put together two wide-rimmed plates. The smooth sides should be facing outward.

Step 2

Grab the plates with one hand. Use your fingers and thumb to hold the plates together. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Squeeze the plates for as much as you can while lifting them off the floor.

Step 4

Complete your repetitions then switch arms and repeat the steps.
