Main Muscle Worked: Chest
Place a kettlebell on the floor.
Do a pushup position next to it. Support your weight with your hands and toes.
Have your hand nearest to the kettlebell hold the handle. Let the other one remain on the floor. Keep your body straight all throughout this exercise. This is your starting position.
Lower your body by bending your elbows to your sides. Continue for as low as you can.
Use the momentum to push yourself up to the other side of the kettlebell as you switch your hands.
Continue doing this movement by going back and forth until you’re completed your repetitions.
