Main Muscle Worked: Biceps
You can use a straight or EZ Curl bar to perform this exercise. Sit on a preacher bench with your chest against the padded support, with your arms extend over it. Hold the barbell with a shoulder-width underhand grip. This is your starting position.
Curl the bar up until it is right in front of your head. Squeeze your biceps hard once you reach the top of the movement. Hold for a moment, then lower the bar slowly, resisting the weight as you return to the starting position.
