Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Stand up straight in front of a punching bag or any target. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart from each other.
Move your dominant foot slightly forward.
Bend your knees and place your fists near your upper chest. This is your starting position.
Powerfully punch the target with one arm. Start punching with your stronger arm first.
Pull your arm back to starting position then immediately punch the target with your other arm.
Continue punching the target by alternating your arms. Make sure to flex your abs as you perform this movement.
