Push Presses - Exercise Guide

Step 1

With your hands slightly wider than your shoulder width, hold a barbell with an overhand grip and lift the weight up to shoulder level.

Step 2

Get the bar moving by slightly bending your knees and then lift it up with the force from your legs. Use this additional force to lift the bar overhead and lock it out.

Step 3

Slowly lower it down to shoulder position.
