in Chest Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Chest
You’ll need to have an exercise ball for this exercise.
Do a push up position on the floor with your toes on top of an exercise ball. Support your weight with your hands and toes. Stabilize your balance to avoid your feet from falling off the ball.
Extend your arms then move your hands around 3 feet away from each other. Keep your body straight and avoid your hips from going down all throughout this exercise. This is your starting position.
Lower your body by bending your elbows to your sides. Continue until your chest almost touches the floor. Inhale as you do this movement.
Push yourself up until you’re back to your back to your starting position. Squeeze your chest muscles and exhale as you do this movement.
Pause for a moment to hold the contraction on your chest before proceeding with your next repetition.
