in Quadriceps Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
You will need a box for this exercise.
Stand up straight facing the box. The box should be around 1-2 feet away from you. Your feet must be shoulder width away from each other, back straight, chest up, head facing forward, and arms by your sides. This is your starting position.
Proceed into a jumping position by bending your hips and knees at the same time.
Jump forward on top of the box. You should land with both legs.
Once you’ve landed, absorb the impact with your legs by bending your knees. Your feet should be flat once you land.
Next, quickly extend your whole body as you swing your arms overhead to explode off the box. Absorb the impact of the landing again with your legs.
Step down from the box then repeat.
