Recumbent Bike - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Sit on a stationary bike. Adjust the seat according to your height.

Step 2

Hold a handle in each hand.

Step 3

Set up the menu options according to your preference (can be manual or programmed). After setting it up, start the exercise by either pedaling or turning it on.

Step 4

As you pedal, you may increase the resistance to increase the difficulty of the exercise. You can use the handles to monitor your heart rate to help you stay at an appropriate intensity.
