Return Push from Stance - Exercise Guide

Step 1

You need a partner for this exercise.
Do an athletic 2 or 3 point stance. This stance is the same as what football players do when they line up in position before doing a play.

Step 2

At the signal change your position to receive the pass from your partner.

Step 3

Catch the medicine ball with both hands. Right after you received the ball, immediately pass it back to your partner.
