Adjust the weight and seat of the machine according to your preference. Also adjust the handles of the machine so that they’re totally at the rear.
Sit on the machine and hold the handles with your hands facing inwards. This is your starting position.
In a semicircular motion, pull your hands out to your sides up to your back. Doing this contracts your rear deltoids. Continue pulling for as long as you can.
Pause at the rear of the movement then slowly return to your starting position.
