Main Muscle Worked: Forearms
Place the frame on your starting point and load it with weights according to your preference.
Stand in the center of the frame.
Hold a handle in each hand and lift the frame off the floor. Keep your chest and head up and your back straight all throughout this exercise.
Quickly walk forward while keeping your control and balance. Breathe normally as you walk towards the end point.
Once you’re at the end point, bring the frame down and prepare to go back to your starting position.
