Ring Dips - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight between two hanging rings.

Step 2

Hold a ring in each hand then jump as you extend your arms downward. Your arms should be extended and elbows locked. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Lower your body by bending your elbows. Avoid any swinging and keep your posture as you descend. Continue until your arms are at 90 degrees.

Step 4

Pause for a moment then lift yourself up by extending your elbows until you’re back to your starting position.

Step 5

Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
